Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are far too busy working on your site or developing your applications, you scarcely have the time to check what is happening with the virtual server – whether it is overloaded or if all the services are running okay. With our Administration Services deal, we will do that on your behalf. Your virtual server will be included in our custom–developed server monitoring software system and whenever there is a sign of a problem, our server administrators will be notified straight away.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a Linux VPS Package is not the simplest procedure in this world. You will either need to use a separate server or your home PC, or, alternatively rely on a 3rd–party solution. We offer a considerably simpler solution with our Administration Services deal. We will create a full backup copy of your server each week, so you never need to worry about permanently losing any vital data. Plus, we can always recover a backup really fast. All backups we make are held on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything goes wrong with your data, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you a nearly endless set of possibilities, you will sometimes need to install additional software programs. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It is an essential part of our Administration Services package, which permits you to call for any of our senior sysadmins to install any software application and to rectify any issue you may have with your virtual server.

Our Administration Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages. It is an add–on for our KVM Linux VPS Packages.
